Mr. Solomon Vulamparti is a Motivational Speaker, Success Coach and Author. He is giving Motivational Talks on Success and Growth to colleges and Institutions and Corporates. He conducts Leadership Sessions and workshops to corporates, and individuals helping them to grow and succeed.
He did tremendous research over these 25 years while working with them for their branding needs and understood what actually hurting their growth. He interacted with thousands of them while writing their profiles of their businesses. He spoke to them, interviewed them, and understood their deepest psyches and figured what is hurting them. He did tremendous research past 10 years working with entrepreneurs and researching on the solutions to their problems and tested the principles too.
His observation is that they lack a growth mindset. A growth mindset will see the unseen opportunities, will help take risks, will help see the diversions and help them focus on one thing they decided to achieve success. The growth mindset helps them to speak the language of a leader, think like a leader and act like one with confidence, courage, and conviction.
